About Us: Synergy Management Group is a premier boutique consulting firm that specializes in providing outsourced/fractional corporate finance and growth strategy consulting services to institutional investors (private equity & venture capital) portfolio companies and growing businesses across various industries. We partner with our clients to evaluate design execute and maximize growth opportunities in sourcing diligence operations/value creation and exit. Client work is primarily remote/virtual and includes: Financial Planning ysis and Modeling Valuations & Capital Raising Financial Commercial & Operational Due Diligence Competitive Strategy BuySide & SellSide Advisory Mergers & Acquisitions Fractional CFO & Executive (or Interim) Leadership Operations Performance Improvement Turnaround & Restructuring Growth Strategy PostMerger Integration.

• Synergy Management Group (SMG) is seeking a dedicated Chief of Staff to support the CEO.
  
• This is a remote contract position immediate start 8am5pm ET availability required USbased longterm potential.
  
• Candidates should be highly experienced in comprehensively supporting Clevel executives within this industry.
  
• Qualified applicants must have 15 years seniorlevel experience at toptier firms within the management consulting private equity and/or venture capital industry (e.g. McKinsey BCG Bain KPMG PwC Deloitte Blackstone KKR Carlyle Sequoia Kleiner Perkins Accel).

• In addition to the Ongoing Responsibilities listed below Month 1 Evaluation will be a onetime sprint project to evaluate the Chief of Staffs ability to successfully navigate and achieve a highpressure results oriented objective.
  
• You will be provided with detailed instructions (templates manuals job descriptions interview criteria etc.) relevant tools/subscriptions and CEO availability for final round interviews in order to achieve the following objective: (1) Recruit a senior sales executive (Managing Director or Partner level) from a top tier consulting firm (2) Administratively support the newly hired sales executive with guidance from the CEO of SMG for the remainder of Month 1 to successfully close and receive cleared payment for one new client engagement (minimum of $50K contract).
  
• After successfully achieving the above objective we will structure a longterm engagement.

• You will be provided with detailed stepbystep instructions templates & relevant tools/accounts/subscriptions to manage the below ongoing Chief of Staff responsibilities:
  
• Handling all logistics for the CEO including but not limited to: Email/Calendar management task/workflow management vendor management meeting scheduling/coordination screening and/or qualifying 3rd parties (prospective clients vendors new hire candidates partners etc.) with provided criteria daily progress reports daily Zoom video checkin meetings proofreading administrative project management and coordination LinkedIn outreach recruiting gatekeeper responsibilities administrative client coordination/management.

• Hourly Rate commensurate with experience (exclusively successbased during the Month 1 Evaluation)
