 You will make key contributions to Envalior:

Requirements

• Execute Supplier Contracts to maximize value and compliance for the betterment of Envalior.

• Improve Supplier performance and provide input to Category sourcing initiatives.
• Contribute to Category Strategies and Process Improvements to enhance the performance of the Purchasing Organization.
• Support, advise, and execute a sourcing strategy for assigned regional Categories.
• Track and report key performance indicators.
• Manage supplier related complaints and claims. Propose and implement corrective actions in conjunction with the Category Managers.
• Support global supplier management improvements with needed projects.
• Risk management assessment to assure continuous raw material supply.
• Identify and support cost savings initiatives.
• Initiate workflow for new material creation in accordance with Envalior SAP standards.
• Manage pricing updates for assigned Categories to assure system integrity.
• Support Category Managers with data collection and reporting.
• Review blocked invoices and resolve to assure timely payment.
• Corporate compliance and systems integrity.

Working Relationships

Often the first point of contact for Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Financial and Quality persons to manage supplier issues.

Overview

The Global Procurement department of Envalior manages the raw material flow and is accountable for purchasing strategy, contract management and pricing/purchase requisition with Envalior’s organization. We are looking for exceptional candidates to join the team in the capacity of Procurement Contract Manager. This position will focus on supporting regional categories in the Americas. The role will be located in Troy, MI. There will be <20% travel, which may include international travel

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Business related discipline
• 3 – 5 years of experience in supply chain and/or procurement with a global company
• Energetic, self-starter with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work with cross functional teams to problem solve, and tackle issues under time constraint.
• Results- oriented and strong analytical skills
• Strong systems knowledge, including reporting tools: SAP, SAP BW, PowerBI, and MS Office Suite
• Proven communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• B2B experience a strong plus
