POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The Creative Manger will lead the creative team, including graphic designers, motion graphic designers, and videographers. The Creative Manager is responsible for defining and managing the creative vision of the company through brand and design initiatives. This role will define and maintain brand identity and guidelines, ensuring consistent content and alignment of creative concepts with business objectives. This role involves developing and executing innovative brand strategies across multiple product categories and marketing channels, while supporting marketing and sales campaigns. This position will consistently inspire, mentor, and direct the creative team and oversee their projects.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage, develop, and motivate the creative team, with accountability for creative excellence from project ideation to delivery.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative environment while providing constructive feedback for team and individual growth.
- Establish and maintain a consistent brand identity and corporate image throughout all product lines, packaging, promotional materials, campaigns, and events.
- Lead creative strategy and execution of multiple projects and design deliverables simultaneously and within expected deadlines.
- Lead design initiatives with consistency and quality across all platforms: digital media, print materials, packaging, video, and website design.
- Work collaboratively within the marketing department and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and briefs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
- Direct creative team training, track and report on team performance, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Assist the Marketing Director and Executive Team in any projects as needed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: - Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Arts, Marketing or Business preferred, or equivalent of 8-10 years related experience.
- Management experience with progressive managerial responsibilities.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and collaborate.
- Ability to coordinate with and support senior management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and team skills with excellent communication skills.
- Capable of managing multiple projects at the same time and meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficient in most design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- High level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including branding, digital design, printed materials, and packaging.
- Experience Required: 5-6 years experience in marketing or marketing communications, preferably in Direct Sales and/or Affiliate Marketing.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Strong project management skills in the context of a work plan, key milestones and deadlines.
- Leader that can provide insight, encouragement and constructive direction to the design team.
- Experience working across all functions of print, web, email advertising, merchandise.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Position is required to sit, stand and walk, stoop, bend, reach and kneel. Lift at least 15lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Noise, dust, lighting, temperature and physical/ergonomic hazards are typical of those usually found in an office environment.
