The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Digital Experience & Strategy, the Digital Experience Content Manager develops the livestreaming content strategy for the digital organization. Partnerships across the business including the content team, merchandising, OTT, broadcast, ecommerce teams, performance marketing, social, and with vendors, brands, hosts, and influencers will be important to the success of the content strategy. You will look both holistically at our priorities and specifically the digital team's priorities to guarantee a cohesive strategy for the customer. You will put together a formal process for content support and look on an ongoing basis for process improvements and efficiencies. You will use data about the digital and retail landscape, our customer, and our priorities to focus on the content needs of the most relevance to the customer. As part of the role the content You will work with the testing and analytics team to gather insights about different content types, around video.

Your Impact
You will develop livestream content strategies for several customer segments and campaigns to support increased engagement, revenue, and repurchase rate from consumers.
You will create content briefing documents that provide swipe and feedback to the content team regarding the content needs of the business.
You will maintain editorial calendars for livestreams and work with ecommerce teams that may support category specific editorial calendars and works with merchandising, brands, hosts, celebrities, and social influencers to develop.
You will work with the taxonomy team on metadata tagging needed for content relevancy strategy.
You will work with the ecommerce and business teams on the next iteration of the inspired storytelling concept to help scale and improve.
You will use systems and tools to incorporate business priority and data into strategy including (): Media Pulse, SharePoint, source history, TPS, Acoustic, Tableau, MicroStrategy, MP4, AEM.
You will be main resource of the team dedicated to Digital Experience short & long-term roadmaps specific to livestream content strategy.
You will review metrics, apply insights to iterate and improve customer experience and sales results.
You will work with the consumer insights team as a new video analytics platform launches to provide important video-based insights to the business.
What You Bring
Education: BA/BS in marketing, communications, e-commerce, or related field; or equivalent experience required.
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years eCommerce/digital marketing experience.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
