**Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist**

Please note that this role is hybrid (based in the Knoxville metro area) with 3+ days per week in the office/community. Remote candidates will not be considered.

**About You:**

**Your Skills and Experience:**

- A keen understanding of systems, data, and reporting, with a focus on continuous improvement and user experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with various marketing software and platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM, CRM, Google Analytics, social media platforms, content management systems)
- Proven ability to create and execute strategic marketing and communication plans
- Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in creating marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in managing and analyzing social media to engage target markets
- Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly Medicare and other senior insurance products, is preferred
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and implement innovative marketing and advertising strategies to support business objectives
- Measure, assess, and report results, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics, data from population group surveys, economic and market trends, and various advertising methods
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and engage in reputation management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on lead generation strategies, event planning, and sponsorships
- Develop and manage external communications, such as website content, emails, blogs, social media, and printed materials
- Coordinate with management on internal communications to ensure brand consistency
- Evaluate and manage lead generation sources and implement digital lead generation campaigns
