As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring efficient delivery. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule transportation of goods
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Monitor and Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Data Entry

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience in logistics or transportation is a plus
• Flexible schedule with availability for overtime, weekends, and night shifts.
• Previous experience in on-demand delivery Dispatch / Courier & Fleet Dispatch preferred.
• Tech-savvy, ability to learn and use new software with relative ease.
• Strong Geographical knowledge of SFO/SJC/OAK
