Join our dynamic team as a Drivers Education Instructor! We are dedicated to providing tailored, accessible, and cost-effective driver education services in Columbiana, Jefferson, and Harrison Counties. Our mission is to enhance road safety through comprehensive driver education and innovative teaching methods.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging behind-the-wheel instruction for driver education students.
Develop and deliver informative lessons that align with state curriculum standards.
Provide personalized instruction to cater to the unique needs of each learner.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.
Utilize innovative teaching methods to ensure students not only meet minimum standards but also develop a thorough understanding of road safety.
Administer and evaluate driving tests in accordance with state regulations.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Driver's Education Instructor Certification.
FBI/BCI report no older than 90 days.
Physical examination completed within the last year.
Proven experience as a Drivers Education Instructor.
Strong knowledge of state driving laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
Patient and supportive demeanor, with a commitment to promoting safe driving habits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience working with diverse student populations.
Familiarity with local demographics and driving challenges in Columbiana, Jefferson, and Harrison Counties.
