An Entry Level Front Desk Administrator is needed to work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Duties:

Answer phones, fax, and file documents
Schedule pick up of packages going out and receive them when they come in
Collect Bills of Lading
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Support the Purchasing Manager when needed
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have basic office and customer service experience
Must be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite along with accurate data entry skills
Must have excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Must be comfortable being cross trained in other duties
Must have a professional attitude, appearance, and phone demeanor
