Nursing Home Field Interviewer

Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Nursing Home Field Interviewers. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering resident satisfaction information in nursing homes located in the Central MN area and surrounding counties. If you possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to follow directions while completing tasks in a timely manner, we encourage you to apply. Successful candidates from the training program may be considered for positions starting tentatively in October. Ability to attend paid training in Minneapolis for 3 days needed.

Locations Needed - 1 Interviewer in Cambridge MN,

1 Interviewer in Wilmar MN

Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews with residents of nursing homes to gather feedback on their satisfaction with various aspects of their living environment and care.
• Utilize a handheld tablet provided by the client to administer standardized survey questions.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while interacting with senior citizens.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for data collection and reporting.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure project objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with senior citizens.
• Completed Background Form
• Ability to follow directions accurately and complete tasks independently.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, with daytime hours (8:30 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Flexibility to work 20-30 hours per week, with some potential for additional hours as needed.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to designated nursing homes.
• Previous experience in social services or a related field is preferred but not required.

• Competitive salary of $22.75 per hour.
• Additional compensation for drive time at $15.19 per hour and mileage at 40 cents per mile.
