We're seeking a talented Commercial Graphic Designer who is also a skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a key role in creating visually stunning graphics for various commercial purposes while also designing engaging and user-friendly web experiences that align with our brand identity.

Position Overview:

As a Commercial Graphic Designer & Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets for print and digital media, as well as designing intuitive and aesthetically pleasing websites. You'll work closely with our media and branding team to understand project requirements, conceptualize designs, and deliver high-quality work that meets business objectives and enhances our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with media and branding teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions for print materials, video, advertisements, packaging, and other commercial assets.
• Create eye-catching graphics, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate messages and evoke desired emotions or actions.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all marketing collateral and platforms.
• Design and develop responsive websites that provide an optimal user experience on desktop and mobile devices.
• Utilize industry-standard tools and technologies (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) to create and refine designs, prototypes, and wireframes.
• Implement best practices in web design, including usability, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to integrate designs into functional websites, ensuring seamless functionality and performance.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into your work to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing commercial design projects across various mediums.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) is preferred.
• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify) and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
