**Job Title: Client Services Leader**

As we face increasing competition from private equity-backed agencies, we need someone who can lead our vision with a multi-million dollar annual budget and a team that has achieved over 100% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) in four of the last six months.
While we celebrate our successes, we recognize that there is still much work to be done. The ideal candidate will lead by example, understanding that genuine client relationships are built in person, not just through spreadsheets or screens. **What You Bring:**
- Over 15 years of experience in client services, preferably in independently owned firms with revenues exceeding $20 million, or as a key player in a private equity-backed agency.
- A strong ability to sell and understand performance marketing for SaaS, across various products including SEO, Paid Media, Creative, Marketing Operations, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and Strategy.
- A commitment to accountability and achieving monthly KPIs.
- A talent for fostering personal relationships with CMOs and other key stakeholders.
**Roles & Responsibilities:**
- Develop a system that encourages clients to envision a long-term partnership with us (24+ months).
- Collaborate with the COO and VP of Operations to implement your vision across our team of over 100 delivery professionals.
- Work closely with the Learning & Development department to ensure your vision is integrated into the onboarding process for new hires.
- Take responsibility for retention, growth, and expansion metrics related to our client portfolio.
**Success Metrics:**
- The Account Strategist team feels empowered to upsell, cross-sell, and expand their accounts.
- Our clients enjoy longer partnerships and provide positive feedback in our CSAT surveys (currently at 4.3/5).
- Reduce reliance on new business sales by increasing variable revenue from existing clients through increased spending, upsells, cross-sells, return POCs, and referrals.

**Work Environment:**

This role allows for 100% virtual operation from your home office, with collaboration primarily through virtual meetings (Zoom) and Slack. You will need reliable internet access and a professional background to succeed in this role.
