What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start May 2025 and continue through the entire Summer 2025 term (through August/September 2025). We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks at 40 hours per week, for this internship.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

What You'll Do The role of the Residential Energy Demand Generation team is to develop and lead demand generation programs that increase Tesla Energy product orders and awareness.Design, launch, test and optimize campaigns to grow email and other digital channels ensuring that content reaches the right markets at the right part of the sales funnel at the right time.Develop, execute, and analyze email campaigns to drive awareness of Tesla’s energy products to convert existing leads.Understand where our products fit in the market, position our products and craft messaging to best appeal to potential customers.Work with Design and Content teams to build compelling content across channels, which builds awareness, engages and converts.Manage and drive projects from start to finish while working with cross-functional teams
What You'll Bring Currently working towards an MBA, Masters or undergraduate program in business, marketing, digital media, statistics or other relevant analytical or liberal arts degreeStrong analytical background with proficiency in data pulling, cleaning and analyticsAbility to meet deadlines with minimal supervision and to manage multiple projectsAbility to project manage across cross-functional teamsEmbrace change and work in a fast-paced environmentPassion for solar and sustainable energy (preferred)

Expected Compensation
$20.00 - $33.65/hour + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
