Position Overview: Hybrid Marketing Manager
Location: This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence 2 days a week at our Sauk Rapids, MN location, with the flexibility to work remotely 3 days a week. Candidates must reside in Minnesota.

Objectives of the Role:
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy and supporting our sales team. You'll lead cross-functional projects aimed at increasing brand awareness and providing valuable insights to our sales representatives and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement product marketing activities to maximize the success of assigned product lines.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team of marketing specialists, including a social media manager.
Sales Support: Provide timely information and resources to enhance field sales activities and drive brand growth.
New Product Launches:
Create business plans for new products and guide their development in alignment with our strategic goals.
Produce marketing and sales materials for product launches while ensuring adherence to corporate design guidelines.
Conduct market research to gather customer insights and rank new product concepts for commercialization.
Existing Product Management:
Oversee the lifecycle of existing products, analyze market environments, and identify opportunities for market share expansion.
Implement promotional strategies in collaboration with key markets.
Competitor Analysis:
Continuously monitor competitor activities and develop proactive response plans.
Marketing Collaterals:
Develop master versions for marketing materials, ensuring high-quality design and packaging in line with corporate guidelines.
Core Tasks:
Full brand management responsibilities, including strategic plan development and market research.
Regular updates to literature, websites, and social media.
Present brand-specific strategies to diverse audiences and conduct competitive pricing analysis.
Digital Marketing Responsibilities:
Create and execute a digital strategy that encompasses social media, paid media, email, and website management.
Maintain a yearly digital budget and ensure consistent engagement across platforms.
Analyze metrics and optimize ad spending to improve customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
eCommerce Responsibilities:
Develop strategies to significantly increase revenue through direct-to-consumer and business-to-business channels.
Drive traffic and acquire customers via various digital marketing avenues, including search engine marketing and social media.
Manage website activities using platforms such as WooCommerce, Amazon, and Shopify.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience, with a solid understanding of classic marketing principles.
2-3 years of copywriting and graphic design experience, with the ability to create compelling content.
Management experience with a small team of marketing specialists or graphic designers.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate complex situations.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
