Medical Director

A Medical Director is needed in Portage, IN.

Titan Placement Group is excited to present an opportunity for a Medical Director in Portage, IN. As a Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring comprehensive care to patients of all ages while leading a team of healthcare professionals committed to excellence.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $260,000 to $275,000 annually
• Vacation: 160 hours (4 weeks)
• Personal Time: 40 hours (1 week)
• Continuing Medical Education (CME): 40 hours (5 Days), allowance of $3,000
• Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
• Life Insurance: 1.5x the provider’s salary
• NHSC: Student Loan Repayment (Up to $100,000)
• Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
• 401k Plan: matches up to 4%
• FTCA Malpractice Insurance

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of comprehensive primary care services.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Oversee clinical operations to optimize patient care, quality outcomes, and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
• Maintain a balanced schedule with options such as 5-8s or 4-10s, ensuring Work/Life Balance.
• Engage with the community to promote the clinic’s services and public health initiatives.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes with the executive team.

Requirements:

• Board-certified Family Medicine Physician
• Experience in a leadership role is required
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and quality improvement.
• Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Indiana.
