A Night Auditor is a hotel front desk representative responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall guest experience by providing top level customer service during their stay. Responsibilities include guest registration, running nightly reports and system reset, preparing VIP and guest packets as well as daily internal communication. Qualifications

  • Customer service experience
  • Hotel/Front Desk experience (preferred)
  • Money handling experience
  • Attention to detail
