PRODUCT COORDINATOR

IMT Software Services, a division of IMT Insurance, is now looking to fill the position of Product Coordinator. IMT Software Services is the industry-leading software provider for farm mutual insurance companies across the nation with most of our customers based in the Midwest. With over 40 years of experience and building relationships in the mutual insurance software industry. As a Product Coordinator, you will work closely with Product Owners, Internal and External Clients and Developers on development projects. This position will work with stakeholders to learn and leverage the best practices for planning, reporting, and communication, with responsibilities focusing heavily on organization and communication related to changes to the systems. DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Coordinate activities, resources, and information, including monitoring plans and updating schedules, work effort estimation, and resources tied to development projects.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate statuses to stakeholders on development efforts.
  • Participate in meetings, document, and follow up on important actions as needed.
  • Prepare necessary materials for meetings and distribute.
  • Help create, document, and establish product development policies, standards, and processes.
  • Coordinate meetings, resources, and reporting activities.
  • Collaborate with team members, as well as all levels of stakeholders to help the Product Owner and development teams with delivery of projects.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Must support and promote the IMT Corporate Values in all company interactions.
  • Limited supervision with some degree of creativity and latitude expected.
  • Establish and maintain relationships internally with cross-functional departments.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • A college education and 1-2 years of related work experience.
  • Experience with or ability to learn planning and organization tools.
  • Previous JIRA and Agile/Scrum experience.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Eagerness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as changes evolve.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills required in order to build relationships and collaborate.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and understand business process.
  • Must possess the ability to work well with others.

The salary range for this position is $52,000.00 - $66,000.00

Starting salary will depend on level of experience

This position is not eligible for tips or commission but may be eligible for additional bonuses
