Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to oversee a range of projects related to a premier food program for a prominent global client. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between the client and external vendors, ensuring seamless project execution from planning through to completion. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of food program projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the quality and consistency of the food program, providing a delightful experience for employees in the office. You will report directly to the Program Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple food program projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they align with client objectives and timelines.
Act as the primary point of contact between the client and vendors, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and report milestones to stakeholders.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and facilities, for seamless project delivery.
Provide regular updates on project status, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and deadlines.
Lead post-project evaluations, capturing key insights and suggesting improvements for future projects.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within food service, hospitality, or corporate services.
Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and budget constraints.
Experience in a client-facing role, particularly with corporate or global clients.
Strong skills in managing cross-functional teams and facilitating communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
A degree in business, communications, finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar software.
Knowledge of contract management and compliance, especially related to vendor management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for nurturing relationships with clients and vendors.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a knack for identifying risks and implementing solutions quickly.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with food program management or similar service-oriented operations is a plus.
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is an advantage.
