About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated attorney with 3-6 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, and joint venture agreements. This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital member of a sophisticated high-volume practice within a commercial real estate lender and investment firm located in Manhattan.

In this role, you will interact directly with the client's business teams, making a significant impact on our deal-making process. You will be responsible for drafting loan documents, conducting due diligence, maintaining up-to-date closing checklists, and reviewing title, survey, and organizational documents.

Key Qualifications:

3-6 years of relevant experience in real estate finance, acquisitions/dispositions, and joint venture agreements.
Strong ability to work independently.
Proven experience in drafting loan documents and performing due diligence.
Familiarity with closing checklists and reviewing legal documents.
