OBAN Corporation is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its federal customer in supporting the full range of staffing and recruitment (cradle to grave) services to support the federal hiring process. It is responsible for ensuring fair and equitable consideration of all candidates during the selection process.

  • Provide administrative support to multiple recruiters and managers while maintaining a high attention to detail.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting and hiring lifecycle operations, including job definition, candidate sourcing, candidate evaluation, candidate selection, candidate management/tracking, interview logistics, candidate selection, and job offer.
  • Support onboarding and hiring process to include onboarding paperwork, orientation, benefits administration, and other clerical responsibilities as needed.
  • Manage a high volume of active candidates within the recruiting lifecycle at any given time, providing high-quality candidate experiences while managing and reporting to the client on candidate progress.
  • Handle sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
  • Manage a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls and emails with candidates and clients.
  • Retrieve data from various information sources, both manual and electronic, for use in answering questions, responding to correspondence, and preparing reports or briefings

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1 year of professional work experience in human resources, recruiting, administration, customer service, workflow management, or other relevant fields.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and priorities, and work within time constraints.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as with a remote team.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply and interpret Federal HR laws, policies, and agency-specific operating procedures.
  • Attention to detail, data quality and data integrity.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the government required security check.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
