What You'll Do:
Market Research: Identify industry and market trends, analyze competitor offerings, and gather demographic data.
Brand Development: Create and implement branding ideas, digital marketing strategies, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies tailored to client needs.
Marketing Channels: Discover and utilize effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to communicate product messages.
Campaign Performance: Evaluate the performance of recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.
Innovative Campaigns: Develop and present innovative recruitment marketing campaigns based on robust data analysis.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and email campaigns.
Goal Setting: Establish goals and objectives for reaching customers through appropriate marketing channels.
Marketing Activities: Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
Client Engagement: Organize webinars, virtual events, meet-ups, and workshops to engage clients.
Skills and Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of recruitment marketing experience with a proven track record of meeting marketing goals across various markets (e.g., home services, manufacturing, operations, financial services).
Digital Marketing: Expertise in developing digital marketing campaigns, including social media and network marketing.
Marketing Channels: In-depth knowledge of marketing channel mix, including emerging media, technologies, and traditional methods.
Project Management: Demonstrated relationship-building, project management, and/or agency account management experience.
Technical Skills: Preferred experience with recruitment marketing technology and applicant tracking systems.
Recruitment Marketing: Background in recruitment marketing and/or knowledge of best practices in candidate and employee experience.
Organizational Skills: Process-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to align initiatives, keep them on track, and lead them to successful execution.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct market research.
