Regional Marketing Manager

**The Opportunity:**
We're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute strategic marketing initiatives in targeted geographic areas. Your efforts will be crucial in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and fostering sales growth. You'll work hand-in-hand with our sales teams and fellow marketing professionals to create cohesive, impactful campaigns that align with our overarching marketing strategy.
**What You'll Do:**
- Craft and implement regional marketing plans that support our sales goals and objectives
- Orchestrate local events, promotions, trade shows, and other grassroots marketing activities
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify target markets and tailor marketing efforts to regional needs
- Dive deep into market trends and customer insights to inform and refine marketing strategies
- Manage marketing budgets with precision, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, providing valuable insights to the team
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with local partners, vendors, and key stakeholders
- Take ownership of all aspects of event execution, including:
- Venue selection and contract negotiation
- Speaker acquisition and management
- Tradeshow logistics and booth attendance
- Email campaign creation and list management
- Budget reconciliation and reporting
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge
**What You'll Bring:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in field marketing and implementing integrated campaigns across multiple locations
- Proven track record in field marketing, event management, or similar roles
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Experience working with MSPs, MSSPs, and resellers
- The ability to plan, execute, and analyze comprehensive marketing strategies
- Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to work effectively with various internal and external partners
- Strong decision-making capabilities based on data and insights
- Expert knowledge of marketing planning tools and strategies
- US Work Authorization
