Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
• Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in outside sales or account management
• Strong knowledge of technology sales, including software, hardware, or IT solutions
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities
• Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for both the company and the customer
• Ability to identify business development opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Technical aptitude to understand complex products or services and effectively communicate their value to customers
