Job Description:  We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our non-alcoholic hemp beverages to various retail outlets, including Liquor stores and authorized retailers across New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory
• Present and demonstrate our product line to potential clients
• Negotiate case deals and close sales
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
• Travel throughout New Jersey to find and develop leads
• Frequently check current locations for re-orders, marketing support, and tasting events
• Be thoroughly familiar with our products and be able to answer frequently asked questions 

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have your own car
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the beverage or consumer goods industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

• Base salary of $30,000 per year
• Commission of 5-15% on all sales
