About Us :
Specialized Property Care, a leader in property maintenance, is seeking a dedicated Snow Removal Department Manager for the upcoming winter season. We're committed to ensuring safety and accessibility for our clients during snowy months.

The Role :
As the Snow Removal Department Manager, you'll lead and coordinate our snow removal team, ensuring timely and efficient clearing of snow from properties. Your role is crucial in maintaining safe environments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee snow removal operations during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate and deploy teams and equipment for snow clearing.
• Monitor weather forecasts and plan accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Address and resolve any operational challenges.

Requirements :

• 3-5 Experience in snow removal or related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving enviornment. 
• Ability to effectively organize and communicate plans with employees for snow removal services. 
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in cold, winter conditions.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good physical fitness to handle demanding work.
• Availability to work during irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR.
