As a Sr HSE Engineer - Integrated Supply Chain Aerospacehere at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring a culture of safety,health, and environmental responsibility within our aerospace operations. Youwill play a pivotal role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, ensuringcompliance with regulations, and promoting sustainability. You will reportdirectly to our HSE Manager and work full time onsite at our Minneapolis, MNlocation.
In this role, you will impact our Honeywell Aerospace business unit bydeveloping and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs thatensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices. Your leadershipin driving continuous improvement in HSE performance will not only protect ourworkforce but also enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

The salary range for this position is ($87,200-$109,000). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with all relevanthealth, safety, and environmental regulations, permits, certifications, and managementof change (MOC) requests.
- Lead and support incident investigations to determine thorough root cause corrective actions (RCCAs)
- Develop and implement HSE programs and initiatives that conform to internal and external management systems and performance metrics.
- Conduct Gemba's, risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards and HSE process gaps while implementing/recommending engineering solutions, preventive measures, and process improvements.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication, training, and education on HSE matters.
- Provide mentorship and advice to other HS&E engineers regarding HS&E programs, requirements and decision making.
YOU MUST HAVE • 5+ years of HSE experience in amanufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in health, safety, andenvironmental regulations and best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
WE VALUE • Bachelor's degree from an accreditedinstitution in a discipline such as science, technology, engineering,mathematics.
• Advanced degree or certifications in OccupationalSafety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or Engineering is a plus.
• Passion for promoting aculture of safety and environmental stewardship.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-managed,fast-paced and dynamic environment.
