Drive our Trucks and Be Home EVERY Night! We are seeking Truck Drivers/CDL Drivers to join our Fondomonte Team in Blythe, CA. We have a vertically integrated farming operation that includes growing, harvesting and exporting of forage products. Our drivers play an important role at Fondomonte and contribute to and maintain the stability of our operations. You are a truck driver and want to get your CDL -we will pay you while training to earn your CDL! To us, success depends on our ability to innovate our industry by providing high quality products while building customer confidence, customer trust and reliability. Without our dedicated employees, achieving our goals wouldn’t be possible. Responsibilities

• Transport products and containers in company vehicle to intended destinations
• Communicate with dispatch as needed
• Assist in or supervise the safe loading onto trucks of the cargo to be transported.
• Ensure contents are properly secured in truck to prevent damage/injury
• Records all pertinent delivery information as needed for accurate tracking
• Inspect trucks and record mechanical issues
• Comply with federal regulations and any state regulations.

Qualifications

• Commercial Driver's License (Preferred)
• 2-3 years of prior driving experience (Preferred)
• Previous experience working in a farming environment (Preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to pass drug screening
• Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team with minimum supervision

Qualified applicants - We will pay for your licensing fees and pay you to train for your CDL! Pay range is $20.75-23.34/HR CDL starts at $22/HR Qualifications* 1-2 years of prior driving experience

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Valid driver’s license and a clean abstract required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and eager to improve
• Strong organizational skills as they relate to workload, time management and setting priorities
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
