Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct drilling, blasting, remote mucking, and bolting operations.
  
• Calculate and place explosives 
  
• Execute pre-shift safety inspections for all machinery prior to use.
  
• Record shift data using the operator app during your shift.
  
• Monitor, manage, and forecast inventory levels.
  
• Safely handle and transport explosives.
  
• Complete routine maintenance on mining equipment.

Requirements

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
  
• 5+ years of working experience in underground hard rock mining.
  
• Proficient in operation of bolters, jumbos, and jack legs.
  
• Expert experience with Sandvik DS411 is highly desired.
  
• Excellent communication skills.
  
• Ability to assist in training other team members on equipment operation.
  
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including both day and night shifts.
