Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel schedules for clients.
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience.
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries.
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Stay informed about travel trends, deals, and destination information.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be bilingual.
• Must reside and have work authorization in Mexico.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online tools and applications.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection.
