Water Treatment Dispatcher Location Phoenix, AZ (South Mountain area) : Overview:
Parker and Sons is currently seeking a Water Treatment Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Water Treatment Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling and dispatching home services repair, installation and maintenance technicians to specified customer locations for service and repair of our water treatment team. Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?- Strong phone skills and have the ability to engage / redirect - keep customers happy
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Strong computer skills, including Excel, Outlook, Word; can learn our windows-based Service Titan software
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus, but not required
- Superior written and verbal communication skills - assertive as well as easy-going, friendly demeanor that transfers through the phone to the customer
- Capable of functioning in a rapid-paced environment and prioritizing daily responsibilities
- Have the ability to communicate with a diverse customer base including customers, vendors and coworkers
- Must be comfortable making, taking & redirecting calls
- Must be a self-starter that is motivated and can work independently and multi-task
- Must ensure customer reporting is completed with accuracy and detail
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications (continued:)- Positive attitude & willingness to pitch in and help others
- Bi-lingual a plus, but not required
- Positive, customer centric attitude
- Work as part of our team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to maintain the integrity of our organization's reputation and culture
Physical Demands/Work Environment: - Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access office machinery (copier/printer, etc.)
- Constantly operates office machinery, such as a computer, phone, copy machine, printer.
- Constantly communicates with management team and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
- Constantly works in an inside office setting
